BackgroundContrary to well-documented disparities in cardiovascular care, there are knowledge gaps gender, race and ethnicity associated outcomes patients with acute coronary syndromes (ACS) in-stent restenosis (ISR).MethodsWe analyzed the National Inpatient Sample Registry from October 1st, 2016 December 31st, 2019 identify hospitalized ACS ISR. Study cohort was stratified by race/ethnicity. Chi-squared test Mann-Whitney U tests were utilized for comparative analysis.ResultsTotal of 97,680 (Med age: 67 y; 31.5% women) NSTEMI most common presentation higher prevalence women (n=52,010; 52.3% vs. 55.3%; p =< 0.01), followed unstable angina (n=30,360; 30.9% 31.5%; = 0.04), STEMI which more men (n=15,310;16.8% 13.2%; 0.01). Overall mortality 2.4%, but significantly (2.1% 2.8%; <0.01).
